My Nexon x250 USB 3G modem is not working on MacBook Pro El Capitan OS, however, it worked comfortably on 10.8.5. I get the following error message "Please connect your USB modem to your Mac, and launch this application again." Any solution how to get it working again?

The modem is not configured to support Mac OS X El Capitan. You would need an updated in order to properly install it. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any updates for the Mac OS X El Capitan operating system.
I didn't found any tweaks or ways to install this on El Capitan. I recommend contacting the seller of the device, because he might have an updated regarding the El Capitan support.
My Nexon USB Modem X470 is not working with Windows 8.1. Can you tell me how to resolve this problem? Is my modem compatible with the USB 3.0 port?

There is no compatible driver for Windows 8.1, but you can make it work using the manual way. First install the software in compatible mode. Go to its partition in My computer and select Explore. Right click the setup package and select Properties > Compatibility. Choose Windows 7/Windows XP from the list and install it. Reboot the computer, then plug the modem and go to Device manager (Windowx Key + X > Device Manager). Right click the modem and select Update Driver. Point the installer to the folder where the software is installed (usually Program Files) and ignore any warnings Windows might show.
